ProGel spray is a liquid wax treatment designed for surfaces that have become loose on top, and require constant irrigation to prevent dust when in use.

The wax coats the sand, fibres and other surface components with a fine film which will stabilise dust particles and prevent them becoming airborne. Applied to the top three inches of the surface it also helps stop the fibres and sand from separating when dry, and can increase the traffic load a surface can withstand before tracking occurs.

We spray the wax in layers to coat the surface making a number of passes, raking as we spray. This ensures even application over the whole arena without disturbing the base of the surface.

ProGel Spray can be applied using a back pack sprayer, Rapid Rain irrigator, or similar pressure pump type applicator for those who wish to self install.

ProGel Spray could prevent dust and increase footing structure for up to five years with one treatment, based on installation into a new surface.

ProGel spray can be delivered in IBC 1000 litre pallet containers with one container being enough for 1000 M2 as a minimum treatment.
